The International Federation
of National Basketball, better known under the name of FIBA, FIBA or FIBA World
FIBA International is an association of national organizations that means international basketball rules

The association was founded
in 1932 in Geneva, two years after the sport was officially recognized by the
IOC. His original name was the International Amateur Basketball Federation.
